Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's kids was born in Woodland Hills, California in the year 1956. Her father was a school teacher and her mom was an at-home mom. Michael Dennis, Kevin and Dennis are her three elder brothers. McCormick always enjoyed singing, dancing and performing show puppets. The fairytale story of her rise to fame began when she was crowned her first Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest at the age of six, which prompted a call from talent agent Pat Domigan of the Jack Wormser Agency who inquired if she would like to enter the show industry. Her first major role came in 1964, when she appeared in a TV commercial for Mattels new doll Baby Pattaburp. In the following year she appeared in the company's Chatty Cathy Doll and was quickly chosen to play the La Jolla Playhouse play Wind ItUp And ItBreaks. The Brady Bunch McCormick won the 1969 audition of more than 1200 children to become one of the oldest twin daughters in the TV show The Brady Bunch, starring Florence Henderson as a newlywed together with Robert Reed. The show ran for five seasons. McCormick wrote in her book Heres the Story Surviving Marcia Brady And Finding My True Voice Published In 2008 McCormick disclosed that during the fifth season of the show she almost lost their virginity to sister Barry Williams. In 2008, McCormick disclosed in her book Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia and Finding My True Voice that during season five of the show she almost lost her virginity to actor Barry Williams. It could have been according to her. However, the timing for our relationship wasn't right.
