Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's sons was born in Woodland Hills in the year 1956. Her father was an educator at school while her mother was an at-home mom. Michael Dennis Kevin is her older brother. She has three siblings. McCormick has always loved singing, dancing and performing performances with puppets. When McCormick was six years older, she was crowned an award in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant. Pat Domigan at Jack Wormser Agency phoned and asked if she'd be interested in entering show business. McCormick's first job as a professional was during 1964, which was when she appeared in a television commercial featuring Mattels new doll Baby Pattaburp. Later that year she did another commercial with the company's Chatty Cathy doll and was shortly cast in the musical Wind It Up And It is Broken at the La Jolla Playhouse. The Brady Bunch McCormick, chosen from more than 1500 auditioned children, was cast as the third of three head-to-head daughters, in The Brady Bunch (1969), starring Florence Henderson and Robert Reed. It lasted five years. McCormick disclosed the story Heres the Story.
