Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25, 1954, Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was awarded a scholarship to attend London's Royal Academy of Music for 3 years. Lennox was able to live on her student stipend as she worked part-time. Lennox made the decision to alter her career path when she was dissatisfied with her lack of skill in contrast to other Royal Academy students. Lennox played the flute in a 1976 band called Dragons Playground. However she left before the band went to I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. She was the vocalist in The Tourists a British pop band from 1977 to the year 1980. They met Dave Stewart, with whom formed the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox started work for Diva in 1992, her debut solo album. The album was an enormous critical and commercial success. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was released in October 2014. The C.D. Lennox has chosen her favorite jazz, blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four impromptu piano pieces was released by Lennox in the month of May, 2019. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut solo album, and is a sequel to an art installation she created at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You go... Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and musician and singer. At the end of the 70s, she gained a little fame when part of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox's 1992 debut album Diva featured a number of hit songs, including Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa the studio album released in 1995 has cover versions of songs such asNo MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. The six solo studio albums and the compilation album have a lot of songs.
